Failed videos
If a video fails to render, it goes back into your pack automatically. You don’t need to ask.
Unused packs
You can request a refund of a pack within 14 days of purchase if you haven’t used any videos from it. Email support@tryburningbridges.com from the address on your account. Packs are one-time purchases, so there is no subscription to cancel.
Results you don’t like
Results are generated by AI and vary, so we can’t refund a video because you would have liked it to look different. If a finished video is clearly broken, for example a missing face or a frozen shot, email us and we’ll put the video back into your pack.
The song
Every video comes with the Burning Bridges song laid over it. If a finished video is missing the song, email us and we’ll fix it or put the video back into your pack. A platform muting the song after you post is not a fault and is not refundable.
Contact us first
If something went wrong with a payment or a video, email support@tryburningbridges.com before opening a dispute with your bank. We answer within two business days and can usually fix it or refund you faster than a chargeback. Packs refunded through a chargeback are removed from your account.
