Failed videos
If a video fails to render, it goes back into your pack automatically. You don’t need to ask.
Unused packs
You can request a refund of a pack within 14 days of purchase if you haven’t used any videos from it. Email hello@tryburningbridges.com from the address on your account. Packs are one-time purchases, so there is no subscription to cancel.
Results you don’t like
Results are generated by AI and vary, so we can’t refund a video because you would have liked it to look different. If a finished video is clearly broken, for example a missing face or a frozen shot, email us and we’ll put the video back into your pack.
The song
Videos are silent by design, and no music is included. A missing soundtrack is not a fault and is not refundable.
