How to do the Burning Bridges AI trend for free

Honest free routes for the Burning Bridges AI video: a free prompt, free tiers on AI video tools, and what each costs you in watermarks, length and retries.

4 min read · Updated

The short answer

You can try it for free, with limits. Copy our free Burning Bridges AI prompt, attach your photo, and run it on an AI video tool that gives you free credits. Free tiers usually mean watermarks, short clips or low resolution, and it can take a few tries. None of the dedicated Burning Bridges sites we checked make a full clip for free.

Route 1: a free prompt and a free tier

The prompt is the hard part, so we publish ours. It’s the same five-shot list we use, with a person version and a pet version.

  1. Copy the prompt from the prompt page.
  2. Open an AI video tool with an image-to-video or reference-image mode.
  3. Attach your photo as the reference image and paste the prompt.
  4. Set vertical 9:16 and the longest length the free tier allows.
  5. Generate, download, and add the official sound when you post.

Tools with some free access, as of October 2026:

  • Kling has a free plan for signed-in users. The free credits are small and the amount changes, free videos carry a watermark, and they aren’t licensed for commercial use.
  • CapCut has AI video tools built on ByteDance’s Seedance models, with a free way to start generating and 9:16 export. CapCut doesn’t publish how many free generations you get.
  • Higgsfield, the tool most viral versions were made with, runs on credits. Each run shows its cost before you generate. Check its pricing page for what a free account includes today.

Free quotas change often, so check each tool’s pricing page before you start.

Route 2: CapCut templates

Some Burning Bridges posts on TikTok carry a CapCut “Try this template” link. Tapping it opens the same edit in CapCut, free, with your own clips dropped in.

A template reuses someone else’s cuts, text and timing. Whether it can put you in the party depends on the template, and many just arrange clips you already have. If you have no party footage, a template alone won’t make the AI version.

What free costs you

  • Watermarks. Many free tiers stamp a logo on the video.
  • Length. Free credits often cover a few short clips, so you may need to make shots separately and join them in an editor.
  • Resolution. Free tiers often cap the picture size.
  • Retries. Content filters and faces that drift away from your photo use up credits. The blocked video guide helps.
  • Time. Expect to spend a while on prompts, retries and editing before one looks right.

We don’t have a free tier or signup credits. One video is $4.99, three are $11.99 and ten are $29.99. You pay once, with no subscription, and unused videos never expire.

For that you get the full 10-second clip from one photo, with no prompt, no watermark and no editing. Pick vertical 9:16 or wide 16:9. If it fails, it goes back into your pack automatically. Compare the packs, see the examples, or upload a photo.

Not one that makes the full clip with no catch, as far as we can find. You can get close with a free prompt and the free tier of an AI video tool, but expect watermarks, short clips or low resolution.

Is the Burning Bridges AI prompt free?

Yes. Our prompt page has the full shot list for a person and for a pet, free to copy and use in any tool that takes a reference image.

Does TryBurningBridges have a free trial?

No. There’s no free tier and no signup credits. One video costs $4.99, and a video that fails goes back into your pack automatically.

Will a free video have a watermark?

Often, yes. Many free tiers add one, Kling’s included. Videos from TryBurningBridges have no watermark.
